DON'T FORGET TO REGISTER YOUR SENIOR FOR THE 2019 GRAD NIGHT PARTY!

Every year, the senior class parents sponsor the Grad Night Party. It's Saturday, May 25, 2019 (graduation night). We need families to register their Senior(s) as early as possible since there is a large deposit required to secure our venue.

This year's event will include roundtrip bus transportation, dinner, DJ, dancing and a spectacular night of fun & entertainment! It's a surprise so we can't share all the details.

All sales are final and non-refundable.

Are there ID requirements to attend the event?

Yes, students must show ticket or ID to board the buses which will transport them to and from the event.

What are transport/parking options for getting to the event?

Buses provided will be the only means of transportation for students, both to and from the event. After the buses have departed, the parent or guardian will be notified if their student is a no show. Students must travel round trip on the bus, no exceptions.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

What to bring:
Printed or electronic copy of the registration ticket
Student ID- students must show ID to board the bus
Sweatshirt or jacket
Wear flat shoes

What NOT to bring:
Cell Phone
Camera
Purse/Bag
Wallet/Money
Additional restrictions: no alcoholic beverages, drugs or tobacco will be allowed at any time during this event. Students will be searched before boarding the buses. Plan on airport-like security. Mountain View police will be present.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

No, each student must be registered and tickets are not transferrable. And, sorry, no guests allowed.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes, you can use this site to update registration info prior to the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, we ask that students bring their printed ticket to the event. This will speed up the check-in process.

Is financial assistance available to cover the ticket price?

For financial assistance, please register and choose the ticket option labeled Request Financial Assistance. A committee member will contact you to follow up. Please remember that this is not a school-funded event. It is a parent-sponsored event and assistance funds will be provided from family donations.

What is the refund policy?

Registration fees paid are non-refundable—for no-show, missing the bus, removal, or any other reason.
